Tree Reports
Any tree has the potential to be a material consideration in a planning application. Where this is the case K&S Treecare can prepare a tree report according to the processes set out in the relevant standard.
Tree reports may also be required to obtain a mortgage or insurance, or just for the peace of mind of a prospective purchaser.
